The lilypond design was one of the most sucessful of the Omega Workshops, adapted to a range of pieces. It was also originally painted as a screen. We've just carried on this idea, as a screen is similar to the front of a wardrobe, where the doors are the actual panels; the wardrobe is essentially a large canvas for the design. The design scales up very well to a wardrobe format, to produce a stunning new work or art that you can use everyday.
The 2 door double wardrobes show different treatments of the 'Lilypond' design. Above right shows the pattern across both doors. Above uses shaker panelled doors, with the design in the panels. Bottom left shows a variation to a Shaker panel, with the central rails omitted - This allows the design to run across both doors with a border around the outside of the design (much as the Original Omega designs did). But it's all about choice, so we've shown all 3 versions for you. The design also scales up really well to a 4 door wardrobe, shown below right. The wardrobes could be freestanding or built in, 2, 3, 4 or 5 or more doors (this is a very scaleable design). We've shown this robe with a dark painted carcase, to emphasis the dramtic design, but this could be supplied in any painted or wood finish you like. The interiors can be fitted out as you want. As they're made to order we can make any adaptions you like.
