This is a design for a Gothic wardrobe by the Architect designer EW Godwin. Godwin was a close friend of Burges, who influenced him alot, & early in his career produced many Gothic designs. This wardrobe clearly shows the influence of Burges on his designs, with the use of ornate finials, long strap hinges, ornate metalwork, flat surfaces, leg crockets, etc. The double finials in the middle do look a bit odd, and would have been better with just 1 or even none in the middle, as shown above right. This could be made to your own specification, ie size, colour, wood or paint etc. Made to order.
