This is where the Art in Art Deco came from! This piece is really just a large canvas for the hand painted seascape, and it is a practical piece of furniture as well. A joy to look at & use everyday, this is a really stylish & fun piece of Deco furniture. The painting was inspired by an original French painting from the 1930's, capturing the feel of a sunny day on the French Riviera or Miami Beach, with Cubist detailing in the paintwork. This can be supplied as 2, 3 or 4 door versions. if you're feeling brave we could do the top as a stepped version, for an even more overt Deco look. The sides could be painted to match the doors if required, but we feel it adds more contrast with the painted design on the front only. The square boxy shape & inset plinth are typical Deco details.

So what's the difference between a bar & a sideboard? The bar has a single painted front panel, with an open reverse side, with shelves, etc for storage or bottles & glasses. The sideboard usually sits against a wall, and has doors on the front. The sideboard can be supplied as a standard 2 or 3 door with a flat top, or a 4 door (2 small & 2 larger doors) with a stepped top for a great Deco look. The main carcase can be either white, a bespoke colour or a light wood, which best suits the front design. The interior is fitted with a shelf. Fitted with discreet door knobs. As made to order we don't give sizes until we've agreed a spec with a customer.

The vanity is shown with a sit on sink, but this couldbe an undermounted one just as easily. We shown some different worktop finishes, but youcould choose from a huge range of materials and finishes; from granite, marble, quartz,limestone, painted, wood, glass, Corian, etc. We generally don't supply sinks, taps or worktops unless pushed. These are very personal choices and you can spend hours looking at different options. Stone worktops in particular are so varied, you really to visit a stone yard or see stone samples. Many stone yards will have off-cuts suitableforvanities at good prices. Plus not supplying the stone worktop cuts down the possibility of it being damaged in transit, and significantly reduces the transport weight /cost. Doors can be on discreet push catches or have visible knobs. As made to order we don't give sizes until we've agreed a spec with a customer.
