This is an Art Deco design for a small to medium size bookshelf / display unit. Although quite a straightforward piece to make it has that Skyscraper styling that really makes for a great Deco look. The size is ideally suited to smaller rooms and offers plenty of storage and display space. The version above is painted in a KEM Weber green, with the edges finished in a wood veneer, to emphasis the structure of the peace more (the idea came from Paul Frankls' bookcases). The door panel has a marquetry veneer Skyscraper pattern. The door is touch opening. The unit can have a painted / lacquered finish, or be in a wood of your choice - we've shown some finish variations below. . As these cabinets are made to order we can change the sizes & proportions to your requirements. WE don't give out sizes or prices until we've agreed a spec. with a customer.

The above designs show you how you can play around with the look of such a piece of furniture, from something basic into a much more elaborate piece. The more work involved the more expensive the piece will be.
