Art Deco; Bookcases

Another really striking new Art Deco bookcase design, with a strong graphic look. The original decoration was inspired by the English artists of the Bloomsbury Group, with hand painted Abstract designs on the door panels. We are the only designers i am aware making these unusual doors, which allow for a single pattern across the door panels, with the door rails forming a frame around the artwork, not the most straight forward thing to do!. The cabinet has the classic boxy Deco look, with a matching inset cornice & plinth. It does make for an elegant striking piece of furniture. We designed this bookcase as part of a range of matching furniture, which can include sofas, coffee side tables, caupboards or sideboards, table lamps, etc. The sizes can be adapted to suit as this is made to order. Generally fitted inside with 1-2 shelves. We don't discuss prices until we've agreed a spec. with a client.
