CFA Voysey; wall cupboards

This is a lovely & authentic looking CFA Voysey oak sideboard wall unit. It has the typical Voysey features you would expect; Shaker inset panels, long strap hinges & matching heart handles & an elegant cornice. Rather than just keep turning out exact Voysey copies we design & produce new work in his style, which is probably what more people want these days. We made 1 change to his style by having the mirror panels in the doors. This gives the cabinet a more contemporary look. This could be used in a bathroom, kitchen, room or hall where you need some storage & more light. This was fitted with 2 internal shelves. As it is made to order you can change the sizes & proportions to suit. We've shown a more 'standard' Voysey version below with oak panelled doors; the cornice was taken off to show you another way to treat this.

New oak wall cupboard with bright copper ironmongery;

The new oak wall cupboard above is being made to provide extra storage in a client's hallway, above the door (as the ceilings are high enough for this). The framed 2 door cabinet will have a light oak finish and bright copper strap hinges & handles, as the 2 designs shown. Internally it is fitted with 1 shelf. The wall cupboard could equally have been painted white or stained (a typical Arts & Crafts green as shown above). The wall cupboard features typical Voysey Shaker door panels. We could also further elaborate this by having Voysey Bird grills in the door panels. Made to order.
