The aim of this lovely Morris style sideboard was to capture the flavour of early Morris & Co. Gothic work, where it was crossing over into Arts & Crafts style. The door panel uses a Burne-Jones / Phillip Webb style stained glass window design. We could actually use any Morris fabric for the panel if you prefer, or it could be supplied with mirrored glass as well. The doors are painted with a typical Morris foliate border design. It can be topped with a castellated cornice ( this could be omitted if a flat top is prefered). The main colour is a Morris dark blue, but could be a Morris green, or whatever you like. This could be made as a 1 - 4 door sideboard. Made to order.

This shows a different colour version of the sideboard with one of our Morris vine design painted borders, echoing the doors painted border. The stained glass style drawings are in a complimentary colour. We can use other stained glass drawings by the Firm.

The sideboards above are shown with different style wall mirrors. The wall mirrors could also made as wall cupboards with 2 doors. This just shows you the way you can adapt these designs to different shapes & proportions. The bottom photo shows one of our Kelmscott vine painted mirror frames.
