A copy of a tour-de-force piece of C18th Finnish folk art. The chip carved door mixes Baroque scrolls and peasant motifs. The curvaceous shape is similar to contemporary Swedish Mora clocks, along with the small carved corniche. Size ht 70cm x w49cm x d20cm. This just oozes style, a testimony to the quality and longevity of the best of folk art. Made to order. Allow 8 - 12 weeks.
